A guide to Prom

dot.gif - 0.0 K You're a senior (finally). After four years of busywork, sucking up to teachers, and absolute shameless crap, you're done, and it all climaxes at a single dance..... What do you do?

dot.gif - 0.0 K First, you need a date. I can't help you with that one. But rememeber if you're short on dinero, tickets are twenty dollars if you go with a senior, and thirty if you go with someone else.

dot.gif - 0.0 K If you want to go in style you'll need transportation (your bike does not count for this one, and I would also suggest against having your parents drive you for this one. You probably don't want to be remembered as the kid who's parents drove him/her/?? to prom). If you have money, by all means get a limo. They are by far the classiest thing you can get. You have a few options for limos, Michael's Limousine (in Olympia) at 360-943-1319, Thoroughbred Classics (in Tacoma) at 206-846-9363, and Luxury Limousine (in Olympia) at 360-493-1234.

dot.gif - 0.0 K Expect at least $55.00 for any limo you get. If this is out of your range drive your own car, or better yet find a friend or relative who owns a hot rod (or other "tricked" motor transportation) and have them drive you.

dot.gif - 0.0 K Dinner can make or break your night, so try not to skimp here. Good food will make for good dancing later on. There are obviously tons of choices here but I've put down a few of my favorites. Seven Gables (in Olympia) at 360-352-2349, Bud Bay Cafe (also in Olympia) 360-357-6963, and Paradise Restraunt (in Chehalis) at 748-7513.

dot.gif - 0.0 K The dance.... Laugh, socialize, and dance. It is the last one.
