From Me to You
by Marisa Allison
I always hated for my emotions to show,
but I believe there's somthing you ought to know,
I have feelings for you, and they're very strong,
but I can feel it right now, it will last very long.
A glance of you briefly, and the glow of your smile,
can make the gloomiest days, so very worth while,
the way that you listen, and the way that you are
makes me always feel that, your never too far.
I often think of you; it brightens my days,
I can only hope that for awhile you'll stay,
One thing need not change is perspective of view
Cause I can tell you right now, I think only of you!!
Wrongful Death

With that pendent round her neck,
He kissed her one last time.
He remembered when he placed it there;
Oh how those diamonds used to shine.
How many years had gone by?
Accumulating memories
It all came down to this!?
(Ending all their fantasies)
The day he held her gently
Told her he loved her so,
Underneath that old oak tree,
The one they'd planted and watched it grow.
His heart had died beside her,
The night she said goodbye,
She closed her eyes and kissed him
And wiped his teardrops as she died.
The Path of a Dreamer
Anonymous
A road
A dusty path
Becomes a staircase in the mist
Turns from a dirt into coal
From Detriments of recent past.
This path
The path of a dreamer
A crossing
A simple choice in life
Becomes a blind and fearful act
Turns from a quick thought into death
From misguided choices over years,
This road, the road of a dreamer
A love
A journey of two souls
Becomes a single blinding heart
Turns from a spark into a flame
From embers of now silent fires
This death
The death of a dreamer.
