When you first start up Netscape Navigator and you only see a blank screen
it means that the program is set to display this instead of the normal
home page location. If you get an error message that states that Netscape
cannot establish a network socket or something to this effect you are not
properly connected. Refer to this Link
if this is the case. To fix this go up to the toolbar and click once on
"OPTIONS" and then scroll down to "GENERAL PREFERENCES." After you get to
general preferences you will see a number of tabs. Click on the tab
marked "APPEARANCE."
If you look down a little from the top of the screen you should see a heading
that says, "Browser starts with... and then a couple of check boxes ( for
a picture of this click here
). You should have the box called "HOME PAGE LOCATION" checked and the
location to be http://www.localaccess.com. Then you just need to shut Netscape
down and start it back up again and it will start with your home page location
instead of the blank screen.
