This user guide has been designed to explain many, but not all, of your telephone service options.  If you are interested in an option that is not listed here, please call our customer service representatives.  They will be happy to help you create a solution for a business need, solve a home office dilemma, or simply explain what services will help you out at your home or office.  Our staff is involved in ongoing training to be well informed about your service options.

We understand that you have a choice in your telephone service and we appreciate your decision to choose us.  We will make every effort to honor your choice by providing you with excellent service.

Local Access Communications employs a team of personnel who are dedicated to providing you with the best entertainment, communications and information services.  This isn’t just an empty promise; it is the operating philosophy that has carried us through the past 7 years of providing technology services to the communities we serve.  In addition, we have at our disposal the resources of our parent company, The Rainier Group, which has been providing high-quality communications services to the Pacific Northwest for more than 90 years.

Keep this guide handy for future reference as needed.  And if you have questions or comments, please feel free to give us a call anytime during regular business hours.  Again, on behalf of all of our staff, thank you for choosing Local Access!
