At the onset of your subscription you have the option to bring in your computer to be set up by us in our office or, depending on your operating system, you can pick up a software solution from us and install it at home with our help over the phone. As a subscriber you will also receive unlimited support via E-Mail or telephone (office hours are 9 to 6 everyday except Sunday). All calls and messages are handled promptly and courteously regardless of how severe or trivial your problem might seem to be.
