STUDIO INFORMATION
Instruments Taught: Piano
Teaching Level: Beginner - Lower Advanced (3rd grade through adult)
Teaching Year: September through May. Christmas and Spring breaks will coincide with Centralia Public Schools.
Summer Lessons: No summer lessons.

LESSON INFORMATION
Lesson Length: 40 minute lesson per week. Time will be taken during the lesson time to focus on theory and ear training.
Practice Policy: Students have a stamped practice schedule for each week that needs to be filled out and signed by a parent. Practice requirements range from 3 hours for beginners to 5 hours for advanced students, per week.
Teaching Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Teaching Materials: Robert Pace - a very creative multiple key method. I also use a wide variety of supplemental music - Classical, Sacred, Rag Time and Popular.
Studio Facility Recitals: Lessons are given in my music studio at my home. There will be a Spring Recital, and students will also be able to participate in any opportunity provided by Lewis County Music Teachers Association.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY
I started accompanying my school Choir in 8th grade and continued through my 12th grade year. During that time, and to the present, I have been a Church pianist, organist, keyboard player and vocal soloist. I have accompanied vocal soloists and ensembles, played for weeings and funerals, directed adult Church Choirs, childrens Choirs and musical dramas and played with orchestras.

I have been a piano teacher for 20 years now, and love to see children and adultrs enriching their lives through music. Playing the piano is a wonderful way to do this. God created many wonderful things to enjoy, music being one that I am eternally grateful for.
