LCMTA Members
What does belonging to LCMTA do for us?
We learn from our fellow teachers the ins and outs of teaching and
running a private studio.
We laugh a lot at the meetings and laughing is good for your health.
We bring in one or two educators a year for special programs.
We believe what we learn makes us better teachers and creates a stronger
base of students in our communities.
We provide a scholarship for a high school senior.
We provide a grant to help a low income student take lessons.
For piano students we offer YAMS in February, WSMTA playoffs and Auditions
in March, a Ribbon Festival in May.
Once you are a LCMTA member, you are also a WSMTA member and a MTNA
member and get the benefits of their programs, publications, and conventions.
Where do we meet?
We meet in members homes throughout Lewis County.
