About the program: Provide 24 Hour crisis intervention for youth at risk. to assist these young people, the services are designed to provide a non-judgemental and non-directive support structure. Establish rapport and develop trust with all callers, help the calller explore the facts and their feelings associated with the problem, help the caller identify the problem and focus on key issues, assist the caller in exploring available options and help the caller develop a plan of action. Conference calls to parents, message delivery from runaways to their parents or guardians and converence calls to shelters or other agencies to confirm appropriate and available services.
