Foresight Surveying, Inc., previously Foresight Engineering, Inc., was established by Kenneth and Kathleen Frazier in June of 1981. The firm retained a lot of local history, relating to boundaries, when we purchased the firm of Bickle and Associates, formerly Gibbs and Olson, whose records date back to the mid 40's. Ken is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor; member of the Land Surveyor's Association of Washington; member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping (ACSM). Ken, a lifelong resident, created this surveying company to provide the most professional service possible - a philosophy he practices today.

Services Statement:

We provide a wide range of survey services from determining a boundary line for a residential owner, to developing a site plan and construction controls for large corporations planning a new facility. We also assist developers and land owners with property segregation by preparing plot plans for subdivisions to meet County Planning Department requirements.

Also, We provide field to finish technology - an advanced form of data collection and transfer that allows the most automated method to produce maps from the field to final drawings. We also work closely with Engineers to support their design team with field data collection and AutoCAD and drafting needs. We're fully-equipped with two field survey crews in four wheel drive vehicles; 3 AutoCAD workstations; printers, plotters, and blueprint copying machines. Our cost estimates are an honest assessment of the time and cost associated with the work required to complete the task at hand - in the most professional way.
