Our Story
|
Carroll's Printing was founded in 1974 by Mr. Carroll Hill, to fill the
printing needs of the many long time friends and clients of his
photography business. Carroll's
Photography. Carroll's commitment to personal service, quality and
competitive pricing has been the foundation for the long-term growth and
success of Carroll's Printing. In 1984, Don Caldwell became a partner and
eventually sole owner. Like Carroll Hill, Don put customer satisfaction
first and Carroll's Printing continued to grow and prosper. In January,
2001, Don retired, turning ownership over to Scott & Linda Hanson. Linda spent
the previous 12 years with Lewis County as the Printing Program Manager and
brings with her over 15 total years of printing & graphic design experience
as well as lots of enthusiasm. Scott worked for 22 years in a mill in Longview
as heavy equipment operator until April of 2001 when the mill shut down
production. He is now working as a pressman and in the bindary room and
loving every minute of it.
We are a family owned and operated Full Service Commercial Print Shop. Our capabilities range from black & white quick printing to complex multi- color printing. From business cards to 11 x 17 posters and everywhere in between, we can print it all. No job is too big or too small. Through the years, computer technology was added to augment the existing typesetting methods, freehand art and darkroom techniques. Today, our computer output is state-of-the-art, inexpensive and efficient. However, our commitment to retaining the old fashioned techniques, methods and values give us a rare balance in todayčs frantic and often impersonal marketplace. Our goal is to provide all your printing needs. For artwork, typesetting &
layout, we do NOT charge for the initial 15 minutes. This means that for
most business card, letterhead and envelope jobs, there is no charge for the
artwork (including proofs). Designing custom forms, even complex forms,
will typically run less that $20.00 per page. Our photographic processes
and computer scans yield excellent low cost results for most camera ready
artwork. We continually search for new equipment and ideas to take advantage
of the best that current technology has to offer.
The rates for our full service and quick printing are calculated in units of 100, so you can easily make cost effective choices to fit your printing needs. We supply a complete range of paper stocks and colored inks. We welcome the opportunity to discuss and bid on your next project.
